The new test bench, of dimensions 6 x 4,5 x 2 m (54 m3), is prepared to test equipment up to 10" and powers up to 100 HP, and it is possible to test horizontal and vertical pumping equipment. All equipment is tested before dispatch.

The tests are carried out according to ISO 9906 standard.

The bank has a Variable frequency drive, or the acronym AFD Danfoss controlled by software and equipment developed to order by Trane and pressure and flow transducers to take data on the different operating points of the equipment and thus plot the curve in real time to file in the records of each team and have all the technical information before a user query.

The test bench includes a calibration tank to ensure accurate flow measurements.
