Keeping the hydraulic characteristics and always according to ANSI standards, the KF438F uses 100% of the KF series platform. This means greater robustness simplifying the maintenance and existences of spare parts. It also expands the maximum power of engines that can be attached to the new version.

We share our new Industrial plant located in the Berazategui Industrial Park. The project began in 2015 with the vision of a new warehouse that would allow us to fully develop our lines of equipment and accessories for the safe and reliable pumping of industrial fluids.
The new plant has 1600 m2 built between factory, workshops, dining rooms and changing rooms.
The plant has a new test pit, with control and report boards and sensors, to be able to test our equipment with maximum reliability.

Since 2006 Drotec distributes in Argentina the M Pumps magnetic coupling pumps manufactured in Italy.
𝙈 𝙋𝙪𝙢𝙥𝙨 offers a very varied range of hermetic pumps without centrifugal losses, regenerative turbine pumps and positive displacement pumps with sliding vanes. They are available in both metal and plastic versions.

The main applications are: pumping of acids and bases, hydrocarbons, thermal fluids, aggressive liquids, radioactive, explosives, toxics and any other application in which it is desired to handle “difficult” fluids WITHOUT losses or emissions and WITH total safety.
In Drotec We know that maintaining an optimal stock of equipment and spare parts is a fundamental factor in providing our customers with quality service, and that is why we have a large stock of magnetic coupling equipment and spare parts. In addition, we test all equipment before leaving the plant and we have an official repair service in the plant.
Mechanical seals are vitally important parts to ensure the correct operation of the pump and the absence of leaks in the shaft area. 👉🏽 In Drotec We select the mechanical seal for each piece of equipment taking into account the service that the latter will be performing.
When selecting the mechanical seal, the materials of both tracks and the o-rings are defined in order to meet each need.
The mechanical seal has 2 tracks: One is attached to the shaft and the other is housed in the cover. The tracks are in friction with each other, therefore, it is of utmost importance to give adequate tension to the spring, guaranteeing adequate friction ☑️
During assembly, all the necessary controls are carried out to ensure the correct useful life in service of this part. Then, during the functional test of the pumping equipment, correct operation and the absence of leaks in the shaft area are verified.
In DROTEC We manufacture and design each of the parts that make up our pumps, once machined they go to the assembly sector and from the latter they leave for our test bench. In the operation test we guarantee correct compliance with the service requested by the client, comparing the performance of the pump with the characteristic curves.
This bench has a frequency converter, energy meter, pressure sensors, control software and other equipment that facilitates each of the tests. In turn, to test the different manufactured models, we have 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 and 10” pipes according to ASME B36.10 with flanged joints according to ANSI B16.5 series 150lbs.
All equipment is tested before being shipped. The test is recorded and supplied, along with other documents, with the pumping equipment, these are:
✔️Certified exploded view: Cutaway view that indicates the parts of the equipment.
✔️ Dimensional plan: Necessary to plan the installation.
Each device has an assigned Serial Number, this is engraved on the pump plate. We have a complete traceability record so that, if the serial number is indicated when requesting replacement parts, the corresponding spare part will be known unequivocally.

Since 1994, we are official distributors of magnetically coupled centrifugal pumps ANSIMAG Sealless Magnetic Drive Pumps (Group Sun duvet) without seals or gaskets, completely hermetic free of losses and emissions. Its innovative design allows pumping with great safety and under very heavy service conditions all types of corrosive liquids, among others, sulfuric, hydrochloric, hydrogen sulfide, nitric, phosphoric, chromic and sodium hydroxide acids, sodium hypochlorite, solvents, ferric chloride, hydrogen peroxide, etc.

The CA 150R equipment is part of our line of centrifugal pumps unassailable centrifuges.
The equipment has axial suction and tangential discharge and cantilever impeller that allow passage of large suspended solids. The impeller of these centrifugal pumps can be of the closed type or open type of swirl or vortex type. The greatly oversized bearings housed in a robust support are grease lubricated in the standard version and oil lubrication with a level indicator is optional. All CA series centrifugal pumps have vent and drain connections.
